More importanly from my point of view is that you're here in NZ. I too have moved to NZ form the UK and now we are looking at refurbishing our 25 year old house. I have very little experience in this field and want to get it right first time. I have yet to really look for the technology her in NZ, is it as difficult to get hold of as some of the other things you are used to in UK? Any advice that you can give me would be much appreciated.
